Lokale knoflooksoep (tourrain), foie gras, eendenborst, gebakken "Sarladaise" aardappelen, omelet met truffel of eekhoorntjesbrood, salade met gesmolten geitenkaas, notentaart.

Wij bieden een traditioneel menu aan voor het restaurant evenals een snack menu. Binnen of buiten op het terras, laat u verleiden door de geuren en smaken van het Zuidwesten...
